Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Luxury Resale Product Specialist and Lead. The role involves managing luxury resale products, overseeing the acquisition and evaluation of assets, and maintaining industry-leading standards regarding authentication and valuation processes. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate listings, perform market research, and develop strategies to optimize sales and customer experience. A focus on building relationships with external stakeholders, including collectors and luxury brands, is paramount.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Master Expertise in luxury goods, particularly in assessing the value, condition and authenticity of handbags, jewelry, watches, or similar high-value assets
  • Strong skills in market research, trend analysis, and data-driven strategy development
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for marketplace management and sales operations
  • Shopify and e-commerce experience, especially in cross channel marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and external stakeholders
  • Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management with luxury product clients, collectors, or brands
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle product cataloging and quality checks accurately
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant professional experience will also be considered
  • Prior experience in luxury resale marketplaces or asset management is a strong advantage
