ABA Medical Billing Supervisor

Position Overview
Established ABA company seeking an ABA Medical Billing Supervisor to oversee a team of 3 and manage billing operations end-to-end. This is a hands-on role focused on clean claims, collections, and overall billing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA billing operations and team performance
- Manage and support a team of 3 billers
- Submit, track, and follow up on claims
- Handle denials, rejections, and appeals
- Monitor AR, collections, and aging
- Ensure authorizations align with billing
- Improve processes and maintain compliance
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Direct ABA billing experience required
- Experience overseeing or managing a billing team required
- Strong knowledge of ABA CPT codes and payer requirements
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably CentralReach
- Strong background in AR, collections, and denial management
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
