About the Role

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead agency-wide staff development efforts and support our mission of strengthening families and communities. This is a full-time position offering flexibility, including hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Learning and Development team.
  • Design and implement agency-wide training and development strategies.
  • Partner with leadership to assess training needs and priorities.
  • Oversee training programs, records, and compliance within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with State and regulatory training requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in staff development or training delivery.
  • Experience in child welfare or working with children and families is preferred.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary Information

The average salary for this position is $75,129.60, including potential wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.
