About the Role
Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a Director of Learning and Development to lead agency-wide staff development efforts and support our mission of strengthening families and communities. This is a full-time position offering flexibility, including hybrid work options.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Learning and Development team.
- Design and implement agency-wide training and development strategies.
- Partner with leadership to assess training needs and priorities.
- Oversee training programs, records, and compliance within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with State and regulatory training requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in staff development or training delivery.
- Experience in child welfare or working with children and families is preferred.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary Information
The average salary for this position is $75,129.60, including potential wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.
