Who we're looking for
Stellar clinicians who are genuinely curious about people --- not just their diagnoses. Someone who finds meaning in showing up consistently for a patient over time, in the ordinary sessions as much as the breakthroughs. You're fully licensed in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) and ready to practice independently, but you don't want to do it alone. You instill hope and traction in your clinical work, and you're willing to learn from the hard cases. You like collaboration; you value good clinical conversation, and you'd appreciate a team that actually has your back.

Your day-to-day role
You'll provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children seeking quality care for their behavioral health goals. Your day will consist of completing clinical assessments, diagnosing, individualized treatment planning, timely progress notes, and regular collaboration within your broader care team. You'll keep your documentation current in our EMR, maintain your licensure, and show up as a thoughtful, engaged presence on the team --- not just for your patients, but also for your colleagues.
What we're looking for on paper
- Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Full, unrestricted North Carolina licensure in good standing (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) --- no supervision required
- 3+ years of experience providing clinical mental health services preferred
- Comfortable with EMR systems and standard technology tools
- HIPAA-savvy and committed to ethical, patient-centered practice
