Program Administrator -- Customer & Executive Engagements
Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: Initial 12-Month Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Program Administrator to support customer and executive engagement initiatives. This is a coordination-heavy role focused on scheduling, logistics, and program execution, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and coordination for customer and executive engagements
- Support meeting prep, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Assist with customer outreach and engagement logistics
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ownership across teams
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and program artifacts
- Capture notes, action items, and ensure follow-through
- Support product engagement initiatives and customer alignment
- Identify process gaps and support operational improvements
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in program coordination, project admin, or similar roles
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and experience supporting leadership
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership
