Program Administrator -- Customer & Executive Engagements

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: Initial 12-Month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Program Administrator to support customer and executive engagement initiatives. This is a coordination-heavy role focused on scheduling, logistics, and program execution, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and coordination for customer and executive engagements
  • Support meeting prep, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Assist with customer outreach and engagement logistics
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and ownership across teams
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and program artifacts
  • Capture notes, action items, and ensure follow-through
  • Support product engagement initiatives and customer alignment
  • Identify process gaps and support operational improvements

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in program coordination, project admin, or similar roles
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience supporting leadership
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership

Tools

  • Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
