About the Role
This is a frontline customer support role where you'll be the human voice of our marketplace. You'll work directly with renters, owners, and our internal team to answer questions, resolve disputes, and keep our customers happy across phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound phone calls from renters and owners
- Respond to customer emails and live chats
- Send SMS follow-ups to customers as needed
- Review listings, bookings, and account activity to help resolve disputes and answer questions
- Document customer interactions accurately in our internal systems
- Escalate complex issues (fraud, claims, policy questions) to the right team member
- Help identify recurring issues so we can improve our self-service resources
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong typing speed and accuracy --- you'll be juggling chats, emails, and notes
- Calm, professional phone presence
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow written policies
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize without losing the thread
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a phone-ready setup
