This role is responsible for the architecture, automation, data integrity, and integration of HubSpot across marketing, sales, and revenue systems.

The ideal candidate is a technically proficient problem-solver with hands-on HubSpot administration experience and a proactive mindset. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and Customer Success to support scalable infrastructure that enables both internal teams and external users, powering campaign execution, lead management, and revenue reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the overall architecture and health of the HubSpot platform (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and integrations), ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Design and maintain scalable workflows, automation sequences, and lifecycle stage management processes aligned with GTM objectives.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot's data structure (properties, objects, associations, pipelines) and enforce data governance standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HubSpot and connected systems, proactively resolving data quality issues.
  • Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and the broader tech stack (data warehouses, sales engagement tools, enrichment platforms, CRM).
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution and preventative improvements.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations and automation solutions.
  • Support campaign execution by enabling audience segmentation, personalization tokens, and performance tracking.
  • Establish and maintain documentation, naming conventions, change logs, and best practices for platform scalability and team onboarding.
  • Monitor platform health and identify opportunities for system performance improvements, technical debt reduction, and process elimination.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and roles within HubSpot, ensuring security controls and compliance.
  • Contribute to revenue reporting and attribution modeling by maintaining clean pipeline data and supporting dashboard builds.

Pay Range

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience administering and building within HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub required).
  • Proven ability to implement HubSpot from requirements through deployment, integrating marketing, sales, and data systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot workflows, lists, properties, lifecycle stage management, and pipeline configuration.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and B2B demand generation processes.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality, system reliability, and clean architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and drive root cause resolution.
  • Experience supporting marketing and sales teams in a B2B SaaS or technology environment preferred.
