Job description

About the Role

Join our client as a Senior Flutter Developer. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between visionary design and technical execution for our Entertainment and Connectivity verticals. You'll leverage Flutter and Dart to build production-grade mobile prototypes that set the roadmap 6--12 months ahead of development.

The #1 feature of this role is creative autonomy. You are the scout for the production team, exploring the future of UI/UX before it even hits the roadmap. We aren't looking for a standard "ticket-closer"; we need a Design Technologist who can look at a Figma file and breathe life into it with high-fidelity animations and seamless interactions.

Contract Duration

10-12 Months (Extendable)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience with Flutter & Dart (Android Studio/Xcode).
  • 5+ years of general cross-platform experience (React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, SwiftUI, or Jetpack Compose).
  • Expert-level navigation of Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop to extract specs and assets.
  • Professional experience with Git/Jira workflows and peer-reviewed PRs.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A strong Android-focused background to balance our current iOS/Web-heavy team.
  • A portfolio demonstrating "fit and finish"---extreme attention to detail in transitions and micro-interactions.
  • Ability to translate complex technical decisions into clear, compelling demos for non-technical leadership.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Building high-fidelity, multi-week prototypes for future-state mobile applications.
  • Proactively developing UI interactions even when design assets are incomplete.
  • Collaborating across GMT and EST time zones to align design vision with engineering reality.

Tech Breakdown

  • 80% Flutter & Dart Development
  • 20% UI/UX Design Collaboration (Figma)

Daily Responsibilities

  • 70% Hands-On "Heads-Down" Coding
  • 20% Team Collaboration & Design Syncs
  • 10% Stakeholder Demos & Presentations
