Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time remote only for an Architectural Drafter located in Cincinnati, OH. The Architectural Drafter will assist in creating and finalizing architectural and construction drawings, collaborating with architects and project managers, and contacting governing jurisdictions to ensure proper plan review processes are being followed for permit submission.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting existing conditions
- Ensuring project adherence to local building codes and brand standards
- Making calls and filing reports based on building / health department requirements
- Revising plans as needed based on team or client feedback
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Construction Drawings.
- Proficiency in technical drawing and drafting, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or similar.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and maintaining brand requirements.
- Excellent communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in architectural drafting or design is a plus.
- Ability to provide administrative and clerical duties for internal office functionality.
