So what's the challenge...
The Sales Managers' role is to ensure the achievement of sales targets at the assigned region for Allwyn Stores, through the direction of a goal-oriented sales team, the reinforcement of network productivity, the motivation and engagement of the network agents and the establishment of high-level customer service culture.
What your day to day will include:
- Owning the sales targets for the assigned region for Allwyn Stores and, upon approval, ensuring their achievement, with a focus on improving regional performance and profitability
- Contributing to the establishment of sales processes and procedures in alignment with Allwyn regulations and standards
- Ensuring that regional network operations comply with Responsible Gaming principles, sales processes, procedures, and commercial policy
- Monitoring and controlling the execution of the region's annual operating budget
- Safeguarding the development of strong relationships with regional agents and local unions, promoting Allwyn's interests and establishing win win solutions
- Motivating and coaching Area Managers in achieving sales targets and managing agent relationships, support provision, and issue resolution
- Promoting and safeguarding an agile way of working within the sales workforce, while fostering cooperation and teamwork within and beyond the team
- Monitoring the execution of regional sales reports and collaborating with all teams to provide result analysis, market insights, and improvement actions
- Supporting Responsible Gaming principles across Retail Networks
- Participating in cross functional projects on behalf of the overall Allwyn Network
- Shaping partners' mindset towards strategic thinking, increasing engagement with company strategy and contribution to business development
- Monitoring market trends and customer needs and proposing changes in product portfolio or store operations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
- Managing team members, acting as a role model, and providing ongoing support and feedback to develop skills and achieve set goals
What you'll bring:
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field. MSc is desirable
- 8 years of hands-on experience in area / regional sales management of large retail network (e.g. Retail, Telecoms, Banking, FMCG)
- Excellent knowledge of Allwyn products and characteristics
- Advanced hands-on experience in retail sales and account management
- Strong sales, persuasion, and results driven mindset
- Very good numerical, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with a solution oriented, problem solving approach
- Team leadership and people management skills
