Our client, a fast-growing healthcare revenue cycle performance optimization and analytics organization supporting physician practices and provider groups nationwide, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Client Success Analyst to join their team.
Position Summary
The Revenue Cycle Client Success Analyst serves as the primary day-to-day operational contact supporting assigned client accounts. This role monitors revenue cycle performance, coordinates issue resolution across internal and vendor teams, and supports execution of KPI-driven improvement initiatives that strengthen client satisfaction and retention.
The analyst partners closely with Client Relationship Managers, Systems Implementation Consultants, and Coding Quality Consultants to identify performance risks, address claim-level challenges, and support action plans that improve financial outcomes across the client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients
- Address real-time claim-level challenges and escalated issues
- Coordinate issue resolution across internal and vendor teams
- Support execution of escalation workflows when needed
- Schedule and support recurring client meetings
- Maintain agendas, notes, and action-item tracking
Revenue Cycle Performance Monitoring
- Monitor Daily Tracker activity across assigned client accounts
- Track progress against KPI improvement plans
- Identify performance outliers and emerging risks
- Support Red Flag and At-Risk account workflows
- Assist with implementation of corrective action plans
Vendor Coordination
- Provide guidance to vendor partners on client communication protocols
- Support alignment between vendor execution and client expectations
- Monitor responsiveness to assigned issues and tickets
- Help ensure timely resolution of performance-impacting items
Action Plan Execution
- Monitor results of performance improvement initiatives
- Initiate tickets for newly identified issues
- Track resolution status of assigned cases
- Support implementation of client-specific optimization strategies
Client Retention Support
- Contribute to achievement of client satisfaction targets
- Support revenue performance goal attainment
- Monitor KPI trends impacting retention risk
- Identify opportunities for revenue improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of physician revenue cycle experience
- Experience supporting client-facing RCM operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows
- Experience monitoring KPI performance and revenue trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- EMR/EHR experience required (eclinicalWorks preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in outsourced RCM delivery environments
- Experience supporting multiple provider clients simultaneously
- Exposure to denial trend analysis and AR performance monitoring
- Experience supporting action-plan-driven performance improvement initiatives
