What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle inbound calls from customers requiring roadside assistance for rental vehicles
  • Assess situations to determine appropriate solutions, including arranging towing or dispatching assistance
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely support for customers
  • Follow up with customers to confirm their safety and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Proven customer service skills with a patient and empathetic approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in stressful situations
  • Availability for all shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 80% accuracy; must pass a computer assessment with a score above 80%

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-based or customer-facing environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and procedures while working remotely
