What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound calls from customers requiring roadside assistance for rental vehicles
- Assess situations to determine appropriate solutions, including arranging towing or dispatching assistance
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely support for customers
- Follow up with customers to confirm their safety and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven customer service skills with a patient and empathetic approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in stressful situations
- Availability for all shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with 80% accuracy; must pass a computer assessment with a score above 80%
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-based or customer-facing environment
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and procedures while working remotely
