HR Generalist - St. Louis, Missouri

📍 Offsite/Remote -- Candidates must reside in St. Louis, MO or Tempe, AZ area
🕒 Schedule: Monday--Friday | 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM CST
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support employees with a wide range of human resources inquiries and processes. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, HR experience, and a customer-focused mindset. The position will primarily support employees through phone and email interactions while ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee HR inquiries related to compensation, benefits, payroll deductions, performance management, and employee lifecycle changes.
- Create and manage cases through ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Support onboarding, training initiatives, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with policy administration, compliance, and HR reporting.
- Provide consultative HR support with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- HR-related experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service or contact center background highly preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- PHR certification preferred but not required.
