Data Input Associate
The Data Input Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized data across various departments by handling mixed data types. This role involves using software tools such as Microsoft Excel, proprietary databases, and online data platforms to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Reporting to the Data Manager, the associate supports multiple teams by performing meticulous data entry and verification within standard working hours.
Responsibilities
- Enter and verify mixed data types accurately into databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain thorough record keeping and file management
- Perform quality control and data cleaning to ensure data accuracy
- Generate reports based on collected and processed data
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Retrieve and provide information efficiently upon request
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in data entry roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office suite applications
- Familiarity with data management systems and online data platforms
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail and excellent time management
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: $22.81 - $29.47 per hour
