Custom Order Coordinator

Remote

Serena & Lily is seeking a Custom Order Coordinator to support our customer-facing teams. In this role, you will manage Tailored Upholstery orders and pricing, support custom product initiatives, coordinate Floorplanner uploads, and oversee floor model SKU setup.

This position partners closely with Retail, Merchandising, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of custom offerings within our Design Shops. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and Excel proficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and submit custom order forms to external vendors for processing
  • Establish upholstery pricing in partnership with vendors and communicate updates to Design Shop teams
  • Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Retail Support and Design Shop teams, providing timely and accurate product information
  • Manage SKU setup and maintenance across product categories, including floor models, ensuring data accuracy
  • Maintain Custom Upholstery and Custom Rug assortments, ensuring information is current and complete
  • Coordinate product uploads in Floorplanner
  • Create and analyze reports supporting the Tailored Upholstery program
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Drive process adherence and data integrity by following established workflows and escalating risks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years Retail Experience, Home Furnishings Preferred
  • Interest in Custom Upholstery or Product Operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on team success

COMPENSATION:

  • $60-65K depending on experience
