Customer Service Representative (Remote) -- 1099 Contractor

Skyline Client Services, LLC

Skyline Client Services, LLC is a growing remote call center focused on delivering high-quality customer support solutions through trusted partnerships. We are currently expanding our team and seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join us as Independent Customer Service Representatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound (rarely) customer service calls
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy on every interaction
  • Follow client-specific scripts and guidelines
  • Meet performance and attendance expectations

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
