Customer Service Representative (Remote) -- 1099 Contractor

Skyline Client Services, LLC is a growing remote call center focused on delivering high-quality customer support solutions through trusted partnerships. We are currently expanding our team and seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join us as Independent Customer Service Representatives.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound (rarely) customer service calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain professionalism and empathy on every interaction
- Follow client-specific scripts and guidelines
- Meet performance and attendance expectations
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
