Enterprise Account Executive -- Cybersecurity

Location: Remote (East Coast - United States)

Salary: Flexible circa $300-350k OTE (50/50 split)

We're recruiting on behalf of an early-stage, high-growth cybersecurity startup building a category-defining platform in identity security, focused on visibility, context, and remediation for non-human identities and AI-driven systems.

We're looking for a high-caliber Account Executive to own the full sales cycle within your assigned territory and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market motion.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales: prospect → close
  • Build and manage pipeline using a multi-channel approach
  • Lead deep discovery, demos, and proof-of-value engagements
  • Sell to technical and executive stakeholders (CISO, IAM, Cloud, DevOps)
  • Position effectively against established and emerging competitors
  • Forecast accurately and maintain strong CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and CS

What We're Looking For

  • Proven quota attainment in SaaS and cybersecurity sales
  • Experience with complex, consultative enterprise deals
  • Strong discovery and value-based selling skills
  • Comfort navigating security reviews and buying committees
  • Background in identity, IAM, or adjacent security domains
  • Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments
