Senior HR Generalist

Location: Hybrid, with occasional on-site visits to various clients within St. Louis region.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR best practices and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs to ensure timely and accurate compensation and benefits distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the St. Louis region for on-site client visits as required.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
