About the Job

The Senior Associate Manager, Delivery Partnerships (Uber Eats) will lead Taco Bell's relationship with Uber Eats, driving both the day-to-day operations and the strategic growth of the partnership. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for Uber Eats, collaborating closely with internal teams across Marketing, Media, Tech and Operations to ensure initiatives are executed seamlessly and aligned with broader business priorities. The Senior Associate Manager will be responsible for analyzing performance, supporting joint business planning, and contributing to strategic decisions that unlock growth opportunities within the Uber Eats platform. This position is ideal for a highly organized, analytically minded individual ready to take initiative and develop strategic partnership capabilities.

This position is accountable for supporting Uber Eats performance outcomes and continuous optimization of these aggregators. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Delivery Strategy & Planning.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Uber Eats, managing communication and alignment with partner teams
  • Support development and execution of channel strategy, contributing insights and recommendations to optimize performance
  • Own co-marketing initiatives, including budget tracking, campaign briefings, and coordination with internal Marketing and Creative teams
  • Partner with Media to integrate Uber Eats initiatives into broader marketing plans and calendar moments
  • Lead and support joint business planning efforts, including quarterly business reviews and performance updates
  • Negotiate and support commercial terms, contracts and partnership agreements
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing actionable insights to inform strategy and drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal Tech and Ops teams on platform enhancements and issue resolution
  • Coordinate and execute Uber Eats-specific tests, tracking results and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure Uber Eats initiatives are aligned with internal business priorities, timelines, and cross-functional objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, digital commerce, or account management
  • Experience managing or supporting external partners, with a track record of building strong relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to inform strategy and measure performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable contributing to strategic discussions while executing day-to-day initiatives
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a willingness to test, learn, and scale new ideas

Salary Range

$121,600 to $142,900 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
