[Remote] Junior DevOps & Platform Operations Engineer 🇺🇸

About the Role

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Connect Group (TCG) is a company focused on supporting a fast-growing fintech SaaS platform preparing for launch. They are seeking a Junior DevOps & Platform Operations Engineer to work closely with engineering, QA, and global teams to ensure systems are secure, stable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud environments across Dev, QA, Staging & Production
• Work with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and handle incidents
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines & deployments
• Investigate issues, collect logs, and support troubleshooting
• Improve runbooks, monitoring, and operational processes
• Collaborate with US offshore teams for 24/7 coverage

Skills

• 2--5 years in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure / SRE
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker)
• Strong problem-solving documentation skills
• Comfortable in a remote, distributed team
