What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage the Executive Director's complex calendar and prioritize scheduling to protect time for strategic initiatives
  • Monitor and manage the Executive Director's inbox, drafting correspondence and flagging urgent matters
  • Coordinate with the Development team to facilitate the Executive Director's fundraising activities
  • Draft and edit materials for the Executive Director, including correspondence, presentations, and social media content
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and events, including travel arrangements and note-taking

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of administrative support experience, including one year supporting senior leaders or executives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in business correspondence
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with Asian, Arab, Middle Eastern, and Pacific Islander communities and social justice issues
  • Proficiency in technology platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce
