What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage prior authorizations and related administrative paperwork
• Document new patient and referral intake processes
• Handle appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling for patients and healthcare providers
• Input patient information, medical records, and billing data into EMR/EHR systems
• Respond to incoming patient inquiries and assist in analyzing healthcare data

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in medical fields or the pharmaceutical-related industry
• At least 3 years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, preferably in Psychiatry or a Psychiatric Clinic
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level or higher)
• Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices
• Proficient in EHR/EMR systems with troubleshooting capabilities

• Strong interpersonal skills with solid organizational and time management abilities
• Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, such as desktop sharing and cloud services
• Ability to work on a graveyard shift
