About the Role
Tech Spectrum Ai Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Part-Time Customer Support Representative. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, enjoy resolving queries, and can deliver a professional and positive support experience. The position offers flexible working hours and the convenience of working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate product or service information.
- Document customer interactions and follow internal support protocols.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience with empathy and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the team when needed to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications
- Prior customer support experience (e.g., call centers, help desks, remote support, BPO) is required.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
- Bonus: Candidates with experience working in crypto exchanges or fintech support will be given preference.
