Role Description

We're looking for a Marketing Lead to own how The Deep View grows. You'll be the engine behind our subscriber and audience growth, which includes running acquisition across paid, organic, partnerships, and social and turning our brand into one of the most recognized names in AI media. This is a senior, hands-on role: you'll set the strategy and execute on it.

What You'll Do

  • Own subscriber growth across every channel (paid, organic, referral, cross-promo, and partnerships)
  • Run and optimize our paid acquisition budget (~ 7 figures) on ad platforms
  • Build our social presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Partner with editorial and sales on campaigns, launches, and sponsor-facing marketing
  • Build the marketing team over time as we scale

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with a track record of scaling consumer or prosumer audiences
  • Deep experience in either newsletter/media growth, creator/audience growth, or DTC
  • Strong instincts for paid acquisition AND organic
  • Sharp brand and creative judgment, plus the analytical muscle to back decisions with data
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can build from zero
  • Bonus: experience growing a newsletter, podcast, or media brand past 1M subscribers
