Role Summary
We are actively hiring Epic Consultants to support a large-scale healthcare program. This role requires hands-on experience across Epic modules, strong execution in agile environments, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, globally distributed model.
What You'll Do
- Drive implementation, support, and optimization across Epic modules
- Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Execute tasks within Jira-based agile delivery models
- Troubleshoot issues, support releases, and ensure delivery quality
- Collaborate across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams
Must-Have
- 2--3 years of hands-on Epic experience
- Experience in healthcare payer or provider environments
- Strong exposure to Agile / Jira-based delivery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice-to-Have (Strong Preference)
- Experience in large enterprise healthcare programs
- Prior exposure to payer-side workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
