Role Description
This is a part-time, primarily remote role for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator based in Mobile, AL (preferred but not required).
This role is focused on creating content that generates real business results --- including inbound leads, conversations, and brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, snap chat, YouTube, and Reddit)
- Repurpose 1 video into multiple pieces of content weekly
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
- Manage and post content consistently across platforms
- Track performance and optimize content based on results
This is not just a posting role --- we are looking for someone who understands how to turn content into business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating and managing social media content
- Strong short-form video editing skills
- Understanding of content that drives engagement AND leads
- Organized, consistent, and able to meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, or personal branding
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies through social media
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok, Snap Chat, and Reddit.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and the ability to create compelling and aligned content for various audiences
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
