Job Description

Reporting to the Business Manager, the KAM is responsible for the daily management and animation of the brands in their portfolio present on the Marketplace to achieve their objectives while ensuring the expected level of service.

Missions

  • Implement a strategic plan for each brand in co-construction.
  • Analyze, share performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build trusting relationships with brands and ensure daily management: phone follow-up, meetings, newsletters, KPI implementation, and presentation.
  • Manage coordination with other marketplace team members (Brand Support, Business Developer, E-merchandiser, Sales Admin, Creative & Design), as well as internal departments to ensure quality service for brands and an excellent member experience.
  • Understand the market (product trends, working methods, competition).
  • Participate in professional trade shows and events within the assigned scope.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to understand partner digital strategies.

Prerequisites

  • Higher education in business school or marketing, with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a digital, e-commerce, or marketplace environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the construction and maintenance of strong professional relationships.
  • Customer satisfaction is a top priority, with strong listening skills to meet their needs.
  • Constant determination to achieve objectives.
  • Team player, able to rally colleagues around common goals and foster good collaboration.
  • Strong persuasion and influence skills for effective commercial communication.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a client portfolio successfully.
  • Highly organized and rigorous, capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Resilient with good stress management skills.
  • A genuine taste for challenges, constantly seeking to surpass oneself and take on new professional challenges.
  • Business and results-oriented with a strong aptitude for identifying and exploiting market opportunities.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Mastery of the digital environment.
  • Good knowledge of or passion for the sector's development.
  • Understanding of financial stakes (P&L, depreciation).
  • Proficiency in budget management and commercial monitoring (KPIs, performance analysis...).
  • Fluent English.
