Job Description

Reporting to the sales team, the Sales Analyst & Support optimizes the commercial offer by providing recommendations on product range and pricing based on their analyses. Responsible for gathering information from brands (offer, contract, prices, final stock), they work closely with the sales representative to launch the most attractive offer possible, acting as a commercial ambassador throughout the operations.

Missions

1/ Offer and Pricing Management

Analyze offers and provide recommendations to the sales representative to ensure their attractiveness and prepare for negotiations.

Prepare the offer analysis file after retrieving the supplier file, historical sales data, and competitive intelligence;
Analyze the composition of the offer and the volumes of each reference;
Recommend sales and purchase prices to meet both brand expectations and the group's pricing strategy. Pricing should consider market intelligence, psychological price points on the site, past sales, market trends, product lifecycle, and sales period;
Monitor the performance of operations from launch to closure;
Prepare end-of-sale reports to identify areas for improvement and actions for future operations.

2/ Commercial Management

Ensure the smooth operational management of assigned sales in direct contact with the commercial partner.

Be responsible for the timely launch of sales by receiving the final offer, prices, and stock information, in coordination with the content manager;
Prepare presentation materials for brand meetings and participate when necessary;
Manage contractual aspects with partners and handle initial disputes.

Prerequisites

Master's degree (Bac 5) from a business school or university.
Significant prior experience in analysis and/or commercial analysis.
Strong commercial acumen, recognized analytical skills, and proficiency in data management.
Excellent prioritization skills and rigor.
Autonomy and adaptability.
Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Professional level of English.
