Role Description
Viseven is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our strong and professional team. We are looking for a proactive and motivated specialist who will assist the recruiting team in finding and attracting qualified candidates, supporting the company's growing hiring needs across all business hubs of our international company.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive search for relevant candidates according to job requirements, using various channels, tools, and a creative approach
- Building an effective sourcing strategy to attract qualified candidates
- Creating engaging outreach emails, testing their effectiveness, and continuously working on improving communication
- Close collaboration with the recruiter on open vacancies; planning and organizing interviews, and supporting candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process
- Collecting and analyzing sourcing data, preparing weekly/quarterly reports on progress, effectiveness, and forecasting results
- Maintaining and updating candidate information in the internal database
- Analyzing the IT labor market and collecting up-to-date information on market trends
- Active participation in the development and improvement of the sourcing function within the team
- Participation in the process of working with Junior and Intern specialists: organizing interviews and conducting short prescreening interviews
Required Experience and Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting
- Understanding of key trends in the global IT labor market
- Practical experience using Boolean and X-Ray search queries
- Proactive and independent approach to work, readiness to work in a dynamic environment
- Desire to develop in the field of recruiting and explore modern approaches to candidate search
- Understanding of the IT market and roles in IT companies
- Copywriting skills and understanding of best practices for creating email campaigns
- Confident command of English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) – written and spoken
- Ability to analyze information and form practical and effective conclusions
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with CRM/systems such as Lever and Jira
- Practical experience using sourcing tools such as Sales Navigator / Recruiter Lite and Teamable / Top Funnel / etc.
