Hiring: Full-Time Account Strategist (Remote)

Salary: $14,400 -- $19,200 per year

Why This Role Exists

The Account Strategist will play a critical role in managing client relationships and driving strategic growth. As the client portfolio continues to expand, this position requires someone who can go beyond traditional account management---bringing a consultative mindset, strong communication skills, and execution excellence.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, strategy, and revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them maximize their HubSpot investment while identifying opportunities to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
  • Ensure consistent and proactive communication
  • Drive client satisfaction and long-term retention

Strategy and Consulting

  • Lead onboarding, discovery, and strategic planning sessions
  • Understand client goals and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop tailored HubSpot strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing actionable insights

Account Growth and Revenue Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to expand engagements and increase contract value
  • Educate clients on additional services and platform capabilities
  • Lead consultative, value-driven upsell discussions
  • Ensure clients maximize their HubSpot investment

HubSpot Strategy and Execution

  • Guide clients on best practices across HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
  • Translate business requirements into actionable solutions
  • Stay current with HubSpot tools and innovations
  • Support implementation and optimization initiatives

Project Coordination and Delivery

  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineers and designers
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met
  • Oversee execution quality across multiple projects
  • Contribute to achieving quarterly goals and performance targets

Marketing and Campaign Support

  • Assist in developing campaigns, pitch decks, and content strategies
  • Support marketing initiatives such as ads, websites, and funnels
  • Align marketing efforts with client growth objectives

Qualifications

Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 3--5+ years of client-facing experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in account management or customer success
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

  • Experience with HubSpot or strong willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
