GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION

Wild Alaskan Company is a mission-driven, vertically integrated seafood company connecting consumers and retailers to sustainably harvested, wild-caught seafood from Alaska. As we expand across DTC and wholesale channels, we are building scalable internal infrastructure to support rapid growth --- including our legal operations function.

We are seeking a Legal Operations Lead (10-20 hours/week, fully remote) to lead contract workflow management, support commercial contracting, and build durable legal processes in partnership with our fractional General Counsel and cross-functional teams. This role will serve as the primary operational interface between business stakeholders and legal oversight. You will own contract workflow from submission through execution, ensuring a consistent and speedy turnaround, as well as triaging the wide range of legal questions that arise at a rapidly scaling company. This is a new role, reporting to the SVP of Finance and Business Operations. The position does not have direct reports, however there is potential to expand to full time as the company scales.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
