General Clerk Representative - Accredo - Remote

Job Summary

The General Clerk Representative will support the Clinical team with administrative duties and conduct outbound calls to patients/MDO for designated programs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and transfer them to the Clinical Nurse.
• Make outbound calls to MDO for data collection.
• Fax documents to designated recipients.
• Scan documents into patient profiles/drives.
• Adhere to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
• Reliable internet connection (cable broadband or fiber optic with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload) if working from home.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $18 - $27 USD, depending on experience and location.
• Eligibility for an annual bonus plan.
