Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to support social media outreach and lead generation efforts across Instagram and LinkedIn.

This role focuses on manual prospecting, list building, and outreach execution using predefined criteria and scripts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, consistent, and comfortable following structured systems and SOPs.

This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated VA who can integrate into the client's workflow and provide ongoing support.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Lead Generation & List Building
  • Identify and compile targeted prospect lists from Instagram based on defined criteria
  • Conduct online research to find relevant leads and profiles
  • Organize and maintain accurate lead data in Google Sheets
• Outreach Execution
  • Send Instagram outreach messages and invites using provided scripts
  • Send LinkedIn connection requests using pre-built lists
  • Follow structured outreach workflows and ensure consistency in execution
• Data Management & Tracking
  • Maintain and update lead tracking sheets with accuracy
  • Ensure all outreach activity is properly logged and organized
  • Keep records clean, structured, and up to date
• Administrative Support
  • Assist with light administrative and coordination tasks as needed
  • Follow SOPs and workflows to ensure smooth daily operations

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills and Qualifications

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client's requirements:

• Prior experience in lead generation, outreach, or social media support (preferred)
• Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable following SOPs and structured workflows
• Reliable, responsive, and consistent in task execution
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
• Daily Working Time: Flexible, EST hours

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA's schedule with the Client's preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
