Overview

20four7VA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant to support a growing commercial cleaning company. This remote, B2B-focused role involves LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and follow-up management targeting property managers, general contractors, and business owners in NY, NJ, and FL.

Scope of Services

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Yelp, and online directories.
  • Target key decision-makers and build structured prospect lists.
  • Focus efforts within assigned geographic markets (NY, NJ, FL).

Outbound Outreach (LinkedIn & Email)

  • Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
  • Utilize templates while adapting messaging as needed.
  • Maintain consistent outreach volume and professional communication.

Follow-Up & Lead Management

  • Track all outreach efforts and responses.
  • Perform structured follow-ups (2–3 attempts per lead).
  • Maintain organized lead tracking and status updates.

Lead Research & Data Management

  • Gather and verify contact information.
  • Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or CRM tools.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with invoice creation, data entry, and file organization.

Growth & Expansion Tasks (Trainable)

  • Assist with outbound cold calling, bid preparation, and proposal coordination.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, or sales support.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning, real estate, or contractor outreach.
  • Basic experience with CRM systems.

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours: 20 hours per week.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible within 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.

Terms of Engagement

  • This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer of employment.
  • Contractors operate under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
  • Compensation is processed through 20four7VA.
