Overview

20four7VA is seeking experienced offshore independent contractors to provide remote services to clients in developed markets like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We need a Virtual Assistant to build and maintain a WordPress website for a construction company, focusing on lead generation and seamless integration with marketing and CRM systems. The goal is to enhance the client's business efficiency and service delivery.

Scope of Services

Contractors will perform tasks including:

1. Website Buildout (Primary)

• Build the website using WordPress.
• Follow a provided layout (no design-from-scratch).
• Create core pages: Home, About, Services, Projects/Portfolio, Contact.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load speed.

2. Page Development (Conversion-Focused)

• Create pages that clearly communicate services and drive user action using clear calls-to-action (CTAs), simple layouts, and easy navigation.
• Focus on usability and structure over design.

3. Service Page Creation

• Develop individual pages for: Custom Homes, Remodels, Additions, Commercial Construction, and Playground Installation. (Content and direction will be provided.)

4. Basic SEO Setup (Execution)

• Add page titles and meta descriptions.
• Implement proper heading structure (H1, H2, etc.).
• Ensure pages are indexed correctly.

5. Content Upload and Formatting

• Upload project photos, videos, and written content.
• Maintain clean and consistent formatting.

6. Integration Support

• Set up contact and lead capture forms.
• Connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console (if needed).
• Ensure leads are captured and routed correctly.

7. Ongoing Updates

• Update and edit pages as needed.
• Add new projects to the portfolio.
• Improve service pages over time.

8. Staging and Migration

• Build the website in a staging environment.
• Assist with final migration and domain connection.

All services must be performed professionally, adhering to agreed-upon timelines, guidelines, and deliverables.

Skills

• Strong WordPress experience
• Experience with page builders (Elementor or Gutenberg)
• Understanding of mobile responsiveness
• Basic SEO knowledge

Preferred Skills

• Experience with construction or service-based websites
• Understanding of lead generation websites

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
• Daily Working Time: 8 am-5 pm CST

(Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the VA's schedule with the client's preferred hours. Availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and contracted hours. Any changes must be mutually agreed upon in writing.)

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work.
• This is an independent contractor role, not an offer of employment.
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA.
