Independent Contractor -- I-CPT-11050 Web Design and Development VA/IT Dev VA/Junior Level (Remote)

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to provide remote services to clients in developed markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia). We are looking for a Junior Web Designer/Developer to support website updates and design improvements, focusing on refreshing existing pages with a clean, modern, and user-friendly aesthetic. The goal is to enhance business efficiency, service delivery, or operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services.

Scope of Services

Contractors will perform tasks including:

  • Updating and redesigning 5-6 web pages for improved functionality and visual appeal.
  • Ensuring website consistency (layout, fonts, colors, responsiveness) across all pages.
  • Collaborating with the team on revisions and creative enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving website layout or technical issues.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and governed by an independent contractor agreement, requiring professional service and adherence to agreed-upon timelines, guidelines, and deliverables.

Skills

Proficiency required (depending on client needs):

  • Web design and basic web development (HTML, CSS, WordPress or similar).
  • Strong understanding of layout, color, and design aesthetics.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 10-15 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: To Be Determined (TBD)

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the VA's schedule with the client's preferences. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and contracted hours. Any changes require mutual written agreement via a revised Statement of Work (SOW).

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work (SOW).
  • This is an independent contractor role; you are not an employee of 20four7VA or any client.
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA as per the engagement terms.
