Job Overview

We are seeking native Indonesian speakers with a strong STEM background and excellent language judgment for a specialized part-time consulting opportunity. This role involves evaluating AI-generated translations of STEM content, comparing translation quality, providing judgments in Indonesian, and writing reference responses to improve AI model performance. This is an ideal role for detail-oriented individuals comfortable with technical subject matter and consistent application of evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities

STEM Translation Review

• Review translated responses to STEM questions in Indonesian.
• Rate translation quality based on technical and linguistic criteria.
• Ensure outputs meet high standards for clarity, accuracy, and usability.

Reference Response Writing

• Write reference (golden) responses when needed.
• Support quality improvement with strong example answers in Indonesian.
• Reinforce model performance through accurate, high-quality language outputs.

Technical Accuracy & Linguistic Quality Evaluation

• Evaluate technical correctness and language quality in translated content.
• Provide clear, accurate judgments in your native language.
• Help improve translation quality across science, technology, engineering, and math workflows.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Indonesian language ability.
• Strong STEM background (degree or professional experience in science, engineering, mathematics, or technology).
• Ability to evaluate both technical accuracy and linguistic quality.
• Strong written judgment and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, evaluating, or writing technical content.
• Comfort working with AI-generated responses and translation quality tasks.
• Consistency in applying written evaluation standards.
• Ability to provide precise judgments on content quality in Indonesian.

Contract Details
