Key Responsibilities
Professionals in this role may contribute to:
Travel Planning & Itinerary Review
- Review logistics scenarios involving multi-stop travel, scheduling constraints, budget limits, travel times, booking requirements, and itinerary development
- Evaluate travel plans against calendar availability, location constraints, transportation timing, and stated preferences
- Support structured review of itineraries, route options, booking comparisons, and travel planning documentation
- Identify missing information, timing conflicts, budget considerations, and required planning steps
Household Logistics & Vendor Coordination
- Review household planning scenarios involving contractor shortlists, vendor comparison, moving checklists, service requirements, and coordination timelines
- Evaluate contractor or service provider options against defined criteria, availability, pricing, and documented requirements
- Support structured review of move planning materials, household task lists, comparison tables, and coordination workflows
- Prepare clear written outputs based on planning constraints, source materials, and verifiable criteria
Event Planning & Multi-Party Coordination
- Review planning scenarios involving event logistics, availability constraints, location requirements, attendee coordination, and scheduling decisions
- Evaluate proposed plans against participant availability, venue requirements, timing constraints, and documented preferences
- Create structured review criteria based on verifiable planning facts and stated requirements
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professional judgment across submitted work
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
- 3 years of experience in travel planning, concierge services, executive support, personal assistance, project coordination, household management, event planning, or related planning roles
- Experience with one or more areas such as complex travel planning, OTA and direct booking workflows, contractor shortlisting, vendor vetting, household move coordination, calendar planning, or multi-party event coordination
- Familiarity with planning workflows involving itineraries, contractor shortlists, move checklists, comparison tables, scheduling plans, or coordination notes
- Comfort reading and preparing logistics artifacts such as itineraries, vendor lists, move plans, event schedules, travel comparisons, and planning checklists
- Strong written communication skills and ability to explain planning decisions clearly
- Ability to follow structured instructions and produce evidence-based work
Educational Background
- A degree or professional background in hospitality, tourism, business administration, project management, event management, communications, operations coordination, or a related field is helpful
- Equivalent practical experience in travel planning, concierge work, executive support, household coordination, event planning, or project coordination is also highly relevant
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating complex travel, multi-city itineraries, family logistics, relocations, events, or vendor-heavy projects
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, scheduling tools, comparison spreadsheets, project management tools, or checklist-based planning systems
- Experience with contractor research, service provider comparison, household move planning, or event logistics
- Strong attention to detail in schedule-heavy and constraint-based planning environments
- Ability to organize complex information into clear, structured written outputs
