Acara Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with our client headquartered in Boston, MA. This position is 100% remote.

Pay: $25.00/hour

Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Job Type: 6-month contract with possible opportunity of extension

Overview

We're seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join the Toast team for a 6-month contract role. As part of our Marketing Suite team, you'll play a critical role in providing full-service demand-generation to restaurants, using a variety of Toast products such as Email, SMS, Social Media, SEO, Ads, printed assets and more. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital marketing, copywriting, SEO and brand management. You'll work closely with restaurant owners, bringing their vision to life, implementing our tools, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact across onboarding, approvals and keeping customers informed on the latest and greatest with their marketing plans.
  • Own the monthly marketing cycle - create the strategy, calendar, copy and designs for marketing campaigns across Email, SMS and Social, leveraging Toast's internal tools.
  • Set up and maintain automations such as winback campaigns, receipt marketing and happy hour deals.
  • Execute channel optimizations (SEO, Google Business Profile, website, listings) and design flyers or other printed collateral as needed.
  • Report & iterate - deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights; adjust tactics to hit customer goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with digital marketing tools
  • Minimum 2 years of experience interfacing with customers on a recurring basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong eye for design and ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant industry or small business marketing is a plus.
