Location: North Carolina (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time | W2 with accel bi corporation
Compensation: $65,000--$70,000 Gross Annual Salary (inclusive of applicable benefits)

The accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced MES Reporting Analyst to support a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modernization initiative. This is a full-time remote opportunity working directly with accel bi corporation.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Medicaid, CMS reporting, MMIS, data analysis, operational reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and government healthcare programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with MMIS/CMS Certification.
- Experience supporting CMS Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) or federal healthcare regulations.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar collaboration tools.
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business and operational data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience using project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations, operational reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Experience supporting Medicaid, MMIS, healthcare claims, eligibility, or Health & Human Services programs.
- State government healthcare experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational reporting for Medicaid Enterprise System initiatives.
- Research federal, state, and CMS regulations.
- Analyze and transform data into meaningful business insights.
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Support CMS certification activities and reporting.
- Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain reporting schedules and operational documentation.
- Present findings to leadership and project teams.
- Support continuous process improvement using data-driven recommendations.
