Geospatial Analyst

GIS Specialist (Enterprise / Linear Referencing) -- Remote (U.S. Only)

accel bi corporation is looking for an experienced GIS Specialist to support a high-impact enterprise GIS initiative involving large-scale hydrography data integration and maintenance.

This is a senior-level role (7 years) ideal for professionals with deep expertise in enterprise GIS systems, linear referencing, and database-driven spatial data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance enterprise GIS datasets (geometry, events, attributes)
• Perform data QA/QC to ensure accuracy and integrity of spatial data
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for GIS data workflows
• Execute advanced SQL Server queries for data analysis and reporting
• Support enterprise migration and integration of GIS datasets
• Provide progress reporting and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of experience in GIS / spatial data management
• Strong experience with:
  • Linear Referencing Systems (LRS)
  • ESRI Roads & Highways
  • SQL Server (advanced querying)
  • ETL development and maintenance
  • Data QA/QC processes
• Experience working with enterprise GIS environments
• Ability to manage large, complex spatial datasets
