Role Overview
- Location: 100% remote with 60% weekly travel.
- Job Type: Permanent / Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery across multiple projects, owning integrated workplans, milestones, resourcing, and day-to-day execution.
- Manage client engagements end-to-end (scope, schedule, budget, quality), translating SOWs into deliverables and leading stakeholder governance.
- Provide industrial engineering and operations expertise, including time and motion studies, work measurement, sampling, cost-benefit analysis, and process re-engineering.
- Lead operational assessments and current-state diagnostics to develop prioritized improvement plans.
- Design and deliver engineered labor/time standards (ELS/ETS) and lead Lean continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive productivity improvements across labor, utilization, and performance management.
- Redesign operating models and business processes, developing standard work and sustainment mechanisms.
- Support account management by identifying follow-on opportunities and developing proposals.
- Partner with SMEs to develop productivity initiatives and quantify benefits.
- Translate strategy into operational requirements and executable roadmaps.
- Ensure all deliverables are client-ready with clear narratives and defensible analysis.
- Coach and develop project teams, providing support and direction.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align objectives and drive decisions.
- Travel extensively (60%), sometimes independently, throughout the U.S. and internationally.

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including Excel-based regression analysis and data-mining.

Education and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years of consulting experience using Industrial Engineering principles.
- Proven success managing fixed-scope, time-boxed projects and delivery teams.
- Familiarity with workforce management (WFM), labor planning, and operational excellence.
- Strong executive communication, presentation (PowerPoint), and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage project budgets and travel coordination.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Mastery of core IE principles, including Labor Standards, MOST, and time studies.
- Experience with work measurement, capacity modeling, and Lean methods is preferred.
