This role fits someone who already operates at a Principal / Regional / Market level, and is ready to consolidate authority instead of borrowing it.

You likely:

• Have 15 years in land development or civil engineering leadership
• Understand California entitlements, agencies, and development economics
• Have led other Senior leaders --- not just individual contributors
• Can step back from personal selling without the business stalling
• Want accountability for outcomes, not hours

PE preferred. Credibility non‑negotiable.

• Not a personal book‑of‑business role
• Not a BD Director with delivery expectations
• Not a billable‑hours culture

This is a Permanent position based out of Tustin, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $250,000.00 - $300,000.00/yr.
