Design Program Manager - Design Change Administration

We are seeking a detail-oriented Design Program Manager to oversee and streamline our design bulletin system and manage building design changes. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate between design discipline teams, stakeholders, and project managers while maintaining precise documentation of design modifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the design bulletin system, ensuring accurate tracking and distribution of design changes.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to facilitate design change implementation.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation for design modifications.
  • Lead design change review meetings and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for design change management.
  • Monitor project budgets and resources related to design modifications.
  • Generate regular status reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in design or construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of building design and construction processes.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and change management.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and design software.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
