Job description

Responsibilities

  • Scan engineering documents with precision and accuracy.

  • Perform data entry and ensure all documents are organized appropriately.

  • Maintain and update document control systems to ensure easy access and retrieval.

  • Support engineering teams with document management and distribution.

  • Use AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault for document-related tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in scanning documents and organizing them systematically.

  • Basic computer skills are required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control or a related field.

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault.

  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in engineering support is a plus.

  • This is a long-term opportunity starting with a 6-month contract, which can become permanent with good performance.

Work Environment

The role involves working with engineering teams, utilizing technology such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Vault. The position offers a structured environment where attention to detail is paramount, and effective communication is essential for success.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Augusta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
