Responsibilities

  • Analyze accounts receivable to identify trends, root causes, and improve cash flow.
  • Develop and implement solutions, collaborating with offshore AR teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to address issues, enhance processes, and provide training.
  • Assist with cash application, reconciliations, and support the GL month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or transaction-based accounting, preferably in large organizations.
  • Experience with cash application, lockboxes, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), EDI, ACH, or e-commerce tools is preferred.
