Job description
Purpose
This position is responsible for the service and operations assistance for all wholesale retail customers and Sales Leadership to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of monthly business targets and provide weekly reporting on progress; communicate with Sales Operations lead all BDC or shipping needs and timing.
- Deliver monthly reporting in sales/margin by key account to assist Sales Leadership with forecast accuracy.
- Drive order book management for all strategic accounts.
- Data analytics for strategic accounts on article sell through to determine trends, highlight challenges.
- Manage vendor templates for new item set ups, including pricing, image upload.
- Assist Sales Leadership and Finance in developing and executing yearly trade investment agreements in a timely manner that drives future sales, while optimizing profitability.
- Provide strong sell in presence with each account by proving tailored product assortment information, support materials to each of the designated accounts.
- Work as liaison between adidas operations and account operations.
- Support the Sales/ Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and innovative grassroots programs at all accounts.
- Monitor monthly performance of key account sales against full year sales target.
- Support Sales Leadership in the end-to-end process of all key account sales meetings, customer pre-lines, special events.
- Educate and motivate the retailer, consumer, and all key points of contact about adidas technology and product leadership.
Key Relationships
Global
- Build and foster relationships with key partners within global sales support team in Carlsbad.
Internal
- Build and foster relationships with key teams in Canada: Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Distribution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Excel.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A systems specialist with an operational and sales mindset.
- Ability to portray a confident and winning attitude in challenging business interactions.
Requisite Education and Experience
- University or college graduate in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years customer service or sales-related work experience required, preferably in the fashion/performance apparel or footwear industry.

- The anticipated base pay range is $71,000–$76,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
