Purpose
The SCM Performance and Intelligence team is a core group with significant and wide-ranging responsibilities across supply chain, NAM, and Global Operations. This team is responsible for the development and governance of reporting and analytical tools for the greater NAM SCM team. Additionally, the team collaborates closely with all other SCM teams to provide analytical resources, enabling them with their data needs. They focus on automation, efficiency improvements, visibility, and data-driven decisions through modern BI tools and data platforms, delivering insights and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create key analysis reports using the PowerBI platform, granting NAM SCM functional teams access to Lakehouse data.
- Develop reporting and analytics throughout the NAM SCM organization, sharing insights at all levels.
- Support the migration of existing legacy report environments to utilize the latest BI platforms and Lakehouse data.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for NAM SCM, addressing issues, tickets, and questions for the global Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) & Data and Analytics (DNA) teams.
- Act as the NAM SCM Center of Excellence (COE) by partnering and consulting with NAM SCM functional teams on PowerBI Report/Process designs and Databricks data architecture.
- Support the governance of the NAM SCM reporting landscape, ensuring critical quality standards and expectations are met.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary for clear documentation.
- Participate in the development of new analytical solutions and operational reporting for NAM SCM functions and the department overall.

- AM/OM Reporting: US adidas Purchasing, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams, North American partners (Adidas Canada, SLD), Western Europe SCM Reporting team.
- DC Reporting: Global IT (including WMS Business Consultants and support), Industrial Engineering Teams, 3PLs, and Global Logistics
- Supply Chain Management: Distribution Operations, Inventory Control, Logistics, Productivity Planning, and Purchasing
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Foundational SCM expertise.
- Ability to think algorithmically.
- Strong team player capable of working productively with diverse groups and skill levels.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete requests within deadlines.
- Knowledge of supply chain and the ability to understand issues and drive solutions.
- Proven intermediate/advanced Microsoft PowerBI expertise with knowledge of PowerQuery and DAX. Certification is preferred.
- Proven intermediate/advanced understanding of SQL.
- Strong understanding of Excel.
- Strong understanding of relational databases.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, including occasional PowerPoint presentations.

- Fluent in English (written and oral).
Requisite Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Operations Research.
- 3 years of related work experience, preferably in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Experience with SQL, Databricks, and Power BI.
- Experience with other programming languages is preferred.
- Experience with SAP AFS.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Industry experience is preferred.

Work Environment
