Job Summary
Advance Amazon is seeking a full-time Amazon Brand Manager / Client Meeting Specialist to manage strategic client communication for a portfolio of Amazon brands. This role requires deep Amazon expertise, strong commercial acumen, and confidence in leading client discussions.
Key Responsibilities
This position integrates brand management, account strategy, client success, SEO, creative review, and PPC performance. You will be a primary client representative, leading bi-weekly business reviews, presenting performance, explaining strategy, and ensuring client commitment to growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses:
- 5-6+ years of hands-on Amazon experience (Seller Central, listing optimization, keyword research, brand management, PPC).
- 4-5+ years in agency, consulting, or client-facing Amazon account management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (listing health, policy, FBA/FBM, performance, troubleshooting).
- Deep experience in Amazon listing optimization (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content, image strategy, conversion).
- Advanced SEO and keyword research skills (indexing, backend keywords, search volume, rank tracking).
- Strong PPC expertise (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display; campaign structure, bids, budget, ACoS/ROAS).
- Experience reviewing and discussing Amazon creative assets for performance and brand presentation.
- Ability to present reports, trends, and strategies to non-technical clients professionally.
- Preferred experience with Amazon ecosystem tools (Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, Sellerboard, SellerApp, etc.).
- Excellent client communication skills, executive presence on video calls, and ability to lead strategic conversations.
- A professional remote work setup with reliable internet and camera presence during US business hours.
Role Details
Manage a portfolio of 15-20 clients, leading structured bi-weekly video meetings. These meetings are detailed business reviews covering creative, account management/SEO, and PPC/advertising, each lasting at least 90 minutes. Client retention is the primary KPI.
Daily Tasks
- Lead bi-weekly client video meetings, delivering strategic reviews.
- Present and discuss:
- Graphics and Creative (images, A+ Content, infographics).
- Account Management and SEO (keyword performance, organic rank, listing optimization, account health).
- PPC and Advertising (campaign performance, spend, ACoS/ROAS, ad types, bid strategy).
- Translate technical Amazon data into client-friendly language.
- Maintain client engagement and retention through professional and strategic leadership.
- Address client questions on brand management, optimization, SEO, creative, and PPC.
- Attend pre-meeting internal briefings and utilize prepared materials.
- Document meeting notes and action items accurately.
Preferred Background
Experience in respected Amazon-focused agencies or high-performance eCommerce environments is highly valued.
