We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support efficient office operations. Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases with speed and accuracy, ensuring all information is correct and complete
- Manage filing systems both digitally using Google Workspace and physically, maintaining organized records for easy retrieval
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Proofread documents for errors before submission, maintaining high standards of quality control
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting clients or staff as needed
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or office experience with a strong background in data entry and administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages relevant to our diverse client base
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of front desk operations, phone etiquette, and office management best practices
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing procedures, proofing documents, and calendar management
